To work as a caregiver with EOM Homecare, applicants must hold a valid PCA (Personal Care Aide) or HHA (Home Health Aide) certificate. These certifications ensure our caregivers are properly trained to provide the high standard of care our clients depend on every day.

Caregiver of the Month

We are pleased to introduce the Caregiver of the Month program!

As a token of our appreciation for our dedicated team members who provide exceptional care to our patients, we are launching the Caregiver of the Month program.

Team members who consistently clock in and out using EVV—either through the app or IVR—for the full scheduled hour for each patient and do not miss any visits will be entered for a chance to win the Caregiver of the Month Rewards Gift Card.

The Caregiver of the Month will be announced on the first of each month. The selected caregiver will receive a preloaded debit gift card valued at $40.00. Additionally, they will be recognized with an award from the EOM Management, which will be displayed in the EOM Corporate Office as well.
